Leadership Profile

Pradeep Kumar Singhal
Chairman and Managing Director
The Group was founded Mr Pradeep Kumar Singhal, a very successful serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in real estate development and construction. He is responsible for setting the vision for the Group and managing the Group's resources and operations.

He has delivered over 70 real estate development projects in India. He has deep experience in retailing as well as managing capital investments. He is a man with strong principles rooted in honesty, sincerity, perseverance and excellence. These are reflected in the core values of the Group and his enterprise and commitment have been instrumental in the success of the Group in the UAE.


Madhur Singhal
Director (Strategy and Corporate finance)
Madhur is responsible for strategic management of the Group and leading the group through various strategic initiatives. Madhur has extensive prior experience with The Boston Consulting Group and Unilever in India. He has project-managed and worked on challenging consulting assignments across multiple geographies. He specializes in corporate finance, joint ventures, strategy and corporate development. He has worked across various sectors like retail, financial services, FMCG, IT and engineering & construction in different emerging markets.

Madhur holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (India). Prior to this, he graduated with distinction in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi (India). He has been facilitated at the Republic Day by the Prime Minister of India and secured prestigious awards and scholarships at various stages of his academic career.
